Lead time depends on the production model you choose and the order size. By combining high production capacity with the flexibility of our manufactory, we adapt to your needs:

Artisan Line (Manufactory): Contrary to what you might expect, our handmade products are produced the fastest. With no need for lengthy retooling of large production lines, small and medium orders are fulfilled in an average of 7 working days. This is the ideal option for limited series, market novelties and bespoke recipes („Custom Recipe”).

High Volume (Factory Production): For wholesale orders and large-scale contracts, the standard lead time is a maximum of 30 days. This allows us to ensure full product consistency while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Factors affecting the deadline:

Complexity: Orders based on existing Bio Ins recipes are processed more quickly; developing a completely new recipe from scratch requires additional time for R&D testing.

Ingredient availability: Some unique superfoods ingredients may require a longer delivery time from our certified suppliers.

Priority Options: If your business requires lightning-fast turnaround, we offer an express mode (for an additional fee). This moves your order to the front of the production queue, regardless of the chosen line.

Our logistics minimums are designed to support both dynamic equestrian boutiques and large retail chains. Order thresholds depend on the chosen production line and technology:

Manufactory Line (Handcraft): This is the most flexible option, ideal for market testing. We fulfil orders from as few as 50 units of a single variety. This allows you to introduce a wide range of flavours to your offering with minimal stock risk.

Factory Line (High Volume): For brands focused on large scale and a permanent market presence:

Bars (80g): The standard minimum is 1,250 units (equivalent to approx. 100 kg of production mass).

Cookies and Crackers: Production starts from 100 kg.

Business tip: For orders above 300 kg, we offer significantly more favourable financial terms due to machine process optimisation.

Custom Recipe (Exclusive formulation): When creating a unique recipe from scratch, the MOQ is set individually, typically starting at factory level (100 kg+), which allows for precise reproduction of your bespoke formulation.

Yes! We offer comprehensive branding and packaging support. Our design team can create labels, a logo and a complete visual identity for you. The cost of design depends on the scope — from 500 PLN for a simple label to 3,000 PLN for full brand identity.

Every batch undergoes a visual inspection before packaging. We use certified ingredients (Human Grade, ADMR Compliant, Clean Label). On request, we can provide ingredient certificates and carry out external laboratory tests (cost to be agreed).

Of course! For a first B2B enquiry we send free samples of all product lines. We also cover courier shipping costs. This allows you to test the quality before deciding to partner with us.
